Own a SMART franking machine? You need to switch to blue ink

Last year Royal Mail made a change to the franking ink used in franked mail. The change affected any business that uses a SMART franking machine.
Franking ink used in SMART franking machines now needs to be blue. Switch to blue franking ink and keep in line with Royal Mails new technology.
SMART franking machines can frank in both red and blue ink but Royal Mail has changed the colour of franking to just blue ink which improves the readability of franked mail. The colour change has been slowly implemented over the year, but now if you own a SMART franking machine, you need to begin buying blue franking machine ink, instead of red.
